The Home page displays features in the system that you use often including:
Message Alerts
Each user's home page will display staff message alerts (if this feature is available in your facility). Click the hyperlink to see your messages.
Clinical Intelligence Dashboard
This allows users to setup buttons (widgets) that quickly show a count of residents that meet a certain criteria, such as how many have not had a BM in the last 72 hours. Clicking on these widgets will take you to the CareTracker Detail Result Screen where additional details about those residents can be reviewed.
Widget Filters
The filters at the top of the resident dashboard allow a user to filter the widget results based on specific resident information.
Note: Filters do not apply to the "General (Non-Filtered)" Category.
The Set My Filters button will set the current filters as the default for every time the user logs in.
The Reset button will clear all filters to their highest level.
Threshold Alerts
Widgets also have the ability to set a threshold alert (red border/glow around widget). When the number of residents/individuals meeting the criteria of that widget button meets or exceeds the number of residents/individuals set in the threshold field, a red background/glow will appear around that widget.
Change Dashboard
Widgets and Categories on the dashboard can be added, edited, or deleted as well as have security set for each widget button. To edit widget settings, click the Change Dashboard button.
Edit My Dashboard
To hide Widgets on the dashboard: Click the Edit My Dashboard button then un-mark the check box for any Widgets to hide.
To get the hidden Widgets back on the dashboard: Click the Edit My Dashboard button then mark the check box for any Widgets to be put back on.
Clinical Intelligence Viewers

Clinical Trending - The Clinical Trending Viewer includes a variety of charts and graphs to display data at the facility, location or resident level that has met certain conditions in the areas of ADL Index trending, Meal Intake trending, Fluid Intake trending, Bowel Activity trending, No BM trending, and Incontinence trending. Clinical Trending information is updated once per day. All residents are included in the Clinical Trending viewer, regardless of status.
Performance Analysis - The Performance Analysis Viewer includes a variety of charts and graphs to display a Compliance Dashboard, Compliance Alerts, Compliance Trending, Observation Trending and Report Trending. Performance Analysis information is updated once per day. All residents are included regardless of status. Also, all staff are included regardless if they have been terminated. Only reports that have been run and completed will be included, not those that were started and stopped by the user or stopped by error. However, all report titles will be used.
CareTracker/ChargeTracker Common Tasks
If you find that you are using the same file maintenance screens over and over in CareTracker or ChargeTracker, you can add or remove links to these selections by clicking the Edit my Home Page button. Then mark the features you wish to have access to on your home page.
