MDS Intelligence provides daily analysis of MDS data whether the MDS is complete or not. It will be able to take MDS submission files and parse them into MDS data fields for analysis, or obtain the information directly from the clinical system's MDS tables before it is completed. Many rules will run on each MDS and generate potential accuracy issues or indicate revenue opportunities. The facilities can choose which rules to turn on and how each issue is to be resolved.

Upload an MDS Submission File (Available for Analysis ONLY clients) - Upload an MDS file any time in the process of creating the MDS submission file. Files will be analyzed and potential issues and opportunities can be viewed in Daily Clinical Management.
Upload Final MDS Submission File (Available for Analysis ONLY clients) - Upload the Final MDS submission file that will be sent to the state. Files will be analyzed and potential issues and opportunities can be viewed in Daily Clinical Management.
View Any Report (Available for Assessment ONLY clients)- Access MDS Management reports. Includes Medicare Billing Report, MDS-OBRA-HIPPS Report, 672, and 802.
Setup Information - Access CareTracker Setup Maintenance where you can add, change or delete staff categories.
